At Brasi, shipping isn't hidden in the small print: these are the prices, country by country, with no surprises at the end of your order. Orders processed before 16:00 on a working day are dispatched the same day.

Shipping is free to mainland Spain. For all other destinations, we deliver to your door at our cost, less what each garment already contributes towards shipping: the price you see is for home delivery, with no minimum order or surprises.

In addition to economy shipping, you'll see express options (24-72 hours) from Correos, SEUR, UPS and other couriers, at their real rates. You choose: economy or speed.
Islands and special destinations
For some island destinations (Madeira, Azores, Sicily, Sardinia...), economy shipping may not be available due to the actual cost of transport. In that case, you'll see the exact courier options and prices directly when you enter your address: never a surcharge later.
Availability and stock issues
We show the actual availability for each size and colour before you buy. If a stock issue is detected after your order, we'll let you know immediately and you can choose to wait, swap the item, or get a refund: we never leave orders in limbo.
Returns: how and who pays
If an item arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, we pay for return shipping, in full.
If you simply change your mind, for returnable products you have 14 calendar days from delivery to notify us, and return shipping is at your own cost.
For hygiene reasons, intimate garments that are delivered sealed lose the right of return if the seal is removed or broken: check size, style and features before opening it. This limitation does not affect your rights when the product is faulty or not as described. Returned items that cannot be sold as new do not go back into new stock.
Taxes and Customs
All shop prices include VAT. For shipments within the European Union, there are no additional charges. For destinations outside the EU (Switzerland, Norway, United Kingdom and rest of the world), customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees applied by the destination country's customs are payable by the buyer.
