Secure Payment
The entire site is encrypted (HTTPS with a valid certificate), including registration, basket and checkout pages. None of your data travels in plain text.
Card Payment
Card payments are processed by Stripe, certified PCI DSS Level 1, the strictest standard in the industry. Your card number is sent directly to Stripe: it does not pass through Brasi servers nor is it stored here. European transactions are confirmed with strong customer authentication from your bank (3D Secure), so no charge is approved without your approval.
Bank Transfer
If you prefer not to provide card details, you can pay by bank transfer. Once your order is placed, we display the bank details and send them to you by email; we reserve your size while the payment arrives. Your order is dispatched as soon as we receive it.
If Something Doesn't Add Up
Brasi will never ask for your PIN, password or card security code via email, phone or message. If you receive something like this in our name, do not respond and contact us at hola@brasi.eu.
