Prices and taxes
All prices on the website include 21% VAT, regardless of destination: the price you see on the product page and in the cart is what you pay for the products, with only the shipping cost added, which you'll see before paying.
Shipments outside the European Union
For shipments outside the European Union, and also to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the destination may charge import taxes and duties upon receiving the order. These are payable by the buyer and the amount depends on each country. We will include the invoice outside the package, in a plastic bag, to facilitate the calculation of the applicable tax.
Shipping
We ship to almost the whole world. The prices and delivery times for each destination, always up to date, are on our page Shipping and Returns. In the penultimate step of the purchase you'll see the exact shipping cost to your address before paying, and if no option appears, contact us and we'll find an alternative. The minimum order is €20.
Security and Returns
We guarantee that all our products are new and HAVE NOT been tried on by any customer. Although this should be obvious, we want to be clear about our returns policy, especially regarding lingerie.
Lingerie and swimwear are delivered sealed for hygiene reasons. While the seal remains intact, you retain your normal right of cancellation. If you remove or break it, the garment is no longer eligible for return for health protection reasons and the right of cancellation is lost, in accordance with Article 103.e of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users. That's why we ask you to check size, style and colour before opening the seal.
To get the right size first time, we recommend using our calculator before buying: you can find it on each product page. Returned items we receive are thoroughly checked and disinfected before being put back on sale, always with a discount and clearly labelled as returned products, so you know at all times what you're buying.
Stock Issues
In the event of a stock issue, we will inform you within 8 working hours after receiving your order, once we have consulted with our suppliers. We will provide a new estimated delivery date, which will be approximately 3 days for domestic destinations and 25 days for international destinations.
We work with leading suppliers in Spain, such as Nati Campos, Lacotex and Ciudad de Barbate, who usually deliver products to us the day after ordering. Stock issues are exceptional situations that occur only when the factory cannot ship the product or has ceased production. In most cases, if a product is not available in our inventory, you will receive it within 48 to 72 hours. Only in exceptional circumstances might the deadline be extended or delivery not possible due to cessation of manufacture. In any case, we will notify you and offer an alternative or cancel the order.
Returns (Right of Cancellation)
The right of cancellation will not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery, in accordance with Article 103.e of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users. In our case, this applies to lingerie and swimwear only when the seal has been removed or broken.
For all other products, you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 calendar days without giving a reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the last of the goods.
To exercise the right of cancellation, you must notify us of your decision to cancel this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) to the following address:

In the event of cancellation by you, we will refund to you all payments received for that order, including delivery costs, with the only exception being the additional costs resulting from having chosen a shipping method other than the least costly option we offer. The refund will be made without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 calendar days from the day on which you communicate your decision.
We will make the refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided evidence of their return, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods to the following address: Elbrinner Labs, S.L., Calle Jazmín 51, 8C, 28033 Madrid (Spain), without undue delay and, in any case, at the latest within 14 calendar days from the day on which you communicate to us your decision to cancel this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before it expires.
We recommend using registered post or tracked courier: the receipt proves the dispatch date and allows you to track the package, which remains your responsibility until received. This is a recommendation, not a condition of the refund.
Shipping must be sent with home delivery to the address indicated. Freight collect shipments or options that leave the package at a post office awaiting collection are not accepted: there is no staff for public service at that address and such shipments are returned to sender without reaching us.
The deadline is considered met if you return the goods before that deadline has expired.
We will bear the return costs when the error is ours: faulty item, damaged in transit or different from what you ordered. In all other cases — including cancellation due to change of mind — you must bear the direct cost of returning the goods, in accordance with Article 108.1 of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users.
You will be responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Fraudulent use of data and bank cards
This constitutes electronic fraud provided for in Article 248 of the Penal Code and punishable by imprisonment of up to 6 years. The use of electronic payment systems with credit cards when any of the following circumstances occur:
- The user provides false data of the buyer or the card used
- Using the data of a person other than the buyer
- Providing card numbers that do not match the buyer's
- Usurping the status of holder of another person's cards
- Using card numbers generated by software programs or similar algorithms.
The company reserves the right to refuse delivery of the order when its internal identification systems alert to the possibility of irregularities in the transaction.
