Terms of Purchase

Purchases within the European Union

Purchases made through this website are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT), in accordance with the regulations in force for deliveries within the territory of the European Union.

Purchases outside the European Union

For purchases made outside the European Union, VAT will not be applied. However, the tax applicable to the destination country may be payable upon receipt of the goods. This tax will be the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid upon arrival of the product in the destination country. We will include the invoice outside the package, in a plastic bag, to facilitate the calculation of the corresponding tax.

Prices

All prices indicated on the website do not include taxes. When adding products to the cart, the price will be displayed with tax if applicable. For purchases destined within the European Union, the final price will include 21% VAT. Purchases made outside the European Union are exempt from paying this tax in Spain, but the buyer must pay the corresponding taxes in their country upon receipt of the product. The amount of these taxes varies by country, and by making a purchase from our store, the buyer accepts responsibility for covering these import costs.

Shipping Options

We ship worldwide, except for those countries without trade agreements with Spain. In the penultimate step of your purchase, you will be able to select from various transport options. If no option appears or you consider that the cost is high, please contact us, and we will find an alternative for shipping.

Shipments within Spain

For deliveries in Spain, the default option is Correos Express, which makes home delivery within 24 hours if the product is in stock. If we need to request it from our suppliers, the delivery time will be 72 hours. If you place your order on a weekday before 16:00 and you are on the mainland, it is very likely that you will receive your order the next day.

International Shipping

For shipments outside Spain, we work with two main companies: Correos and InPost. InPost delivers the package at a pick-up point, being the most economical option for shipments within the European Union. If you prefer home delivery, you can select another shipping option, although it usually involves an additional cost.

Our Stock, total transparency with our customers

Immediate shipments: We have more than 700 references and 8,000 units in stock, with more than 90% of orders delivered the next day when placed before 16:00.

References out of stock: We handle more than 5,000 SKUs, so we place orders with our suppliers daily. Being located in Madrid, orders arrive first thing in the morning, which allows us to prepare and ship them the same day. Thanks to this, 70% of our customers receive their order the next day. However, we are aware that unforeseen events may arise. Sometimes our suppliers also run out of stock, and sometimes they don't inform us until the end of the day. In these cases, we need to order the product from another supplier, which may result in an additional one-day delay in delivery. We want to be transparent and keep you informed at all times.

Safety and Returns: We guarantee that all our products are new and have NOT been tested by any customer. While this should be obvious, we want to be clear about our returns policy, especially when it comes to lingerie.

We do not accept lingerie returns in our store, and we explain why below. First and foremost, lingerie is an intimate hygiene product, and by law we are not required to accept returns of these types of items. We strongly believe that most of our customers prefer to purchase products that have not been previously used by someone else.

On the sales platforms in which we participate, some force us to accept returns, and this has resulted in a high percentage of returns, especially of bras, due to size issues. Returned products usually arrive in regular condition, such as broken boxes, odors, cream marks, and even dirty.

In addition, the shipping costs for returns frequently exceed our profit margin, making accepting returns uneconomically viable. To avoid inconveniences, we recommend using our size calculator before making your purchase. If you're considering buying with the intention of returning, we suggest you do so at other stores. Almost all of them offer return options, but have you ever wondered where those products end up? In our case, returned products are thoroughly checked and sanitized before being put up for sale again at a steep discount and clearly labeled as returned products. You can buy them here. Stock-outs

In the event of a stock-out, we will inform you within 8 working hours of receiving your order, once we have consulted with our suppliers. We will indicate the new estimated delivery date, which will be approximately 3 days for domestic destinations and 25 days for international destinations.

We work with the main suppliers in Spain, such as Nati Campos, Lacotex and Ciudad de Barbate, who usually deliver the products to us the day after placing the order. Out-of-stocks are exceptional situations that occur only when the factory is unable to ship the product or has ceased production. In most cases, if a product is not available in our inventory, you will receive it within 48 to 72 hours. Only in exceptional circumstances could the deadline be extended or delivery may not be possible due to the cessation of production. In any case, we will notify you and offer you an alternative or cancel the order.

Returns (Right of withdrawal)

The right of withdrawal will NOT be applicable to contracts related to goods that, for reasons of health or hygiene protection, are not suitable for return. This includes lingerie products.

For all other products, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without the need for justification.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the last of those goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) at the following address:

In the event of withdrawal by you, we will refund all payments received for that order, except for the costs incurred for shipping and delivery. The money will be refunded within a period of less than 7 days after receiving the product in our warehouse.

We will proceed to make such a refund using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; In any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of the return of the goods, whichever condition is met first.

You must return the goods to us through Correos or another courier service to the following address: Brasi Original S.L. C/ Jazmin 51, 8C, 28033 Madrid, Spain, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. There are no staff at this address for customer service.

The deadline will be considered fulfilled if you return the goods before the end of this period.

Only in case the item is defective, we will bear the costs of returning the goods. In all other cases, you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You will be liable for the diminution in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Fraudulent use of bank data and cards

It constitutes a crime of electronic fraud provided for in article 248 of the Penal Code and punishable by penalties of up to 6 years in prison. The use of electronic payment systems by credit card when any of the following circumstances occur:

  • The user provides false details of the buyer or the card used
  • Using the data of a person other than the buyer
  • Provide card numbers that don't match the buyer's card
  • Usurping the status of cardholder of others
  • Use card numbers generated with similar computer programs or algorithms.

 

The company reserves the right to deny delivery of the order when its internal identification systems alert about the possibility of irregularities in the transaction.
